Antonia studied Printed Textiles in London and a Masters in Printmaking in Cambridge.
Her work comes from observation of the natural world. From a print room in Cambridge, Antonia makes her Mono prints and paints at home in her studio, you will often find Antonia drawing in the Botanic gardens in Cambridge. Frequent trips to Dorset also provide much inspiration.
Originally trained in printed textiles, Helen’s drawings and collages seek to depict the detail, structure and tone of natural form, particularly folds and creases, fur and texture. Her collages explore found/accidental colour and pattern. Alongside maintaining her own practice, she lives and teaches art in Dorset.
